The present Training Industry has matured only in IT and ITeS segments. It is only now that some players
are entering into Retail, Hospitality and BFSI.The Training Industry still lacks differentiation on content
and certification in terms of quality of content as well as Industry accepted certification. It also lacks in
technology based delivery models and focussed offerings in targeted sectors.
Career training players are required to provide differentiated offerings for target sectors. To ensure cost,
throughput and reach optimization they need to deliver training which based on innovative technology.
Success in career training market will rely only if there are strong content partnerships, industry recognized
brand and certifications, quality faculty, industry relationships and effective quality control across India.
